La Nota Digital
A digital newspaper in Montería, Córdoba. I built the platform and also led two developers: assigning work, reviewing code and teaching them the tooling so the newsroom keeps growing without depending on me.

A digital newsroom lives on publishing fast and surviving traffic spikes when a story takes off. La Nota Digital was built around those two rules: quick publishing for the editorial team, plus a caching and image-optimisation layer so the front page loads just as fast with ten readers or ten thousand.
The brief was not only technical. I led two developers: I set the working conventions, split the work, reviewed their code and taught them the stack until they could ship on their own.
This is the project I point to when a client asks what happens after delivery: the platform was documented and left with a team able to maintain it.
